What kinds of acts do you represent?
How do you choose the acts you represent?
- Acts are chosen fairly subjectively, meaning we have to like what we’re selling, however there are things
that we look for to make our jobs a little easier.
- We prefer acts that have a team of professionals in their camp including a record label.
- We look for acts who have a professional attitude, a solid work ethic, and quality materials.
- We look for acts who have a tour history in several markets and can draw an audience.
- Acts need to have a plan consistent with ours or who are willing to work with us to create a plan.
- Acts must be able to be marketed to several types of buyers.
Do you take unsolicited materials for consideration?
- While we are always looking for unique acts, we are mostly interested in acts that are signed to a label or
referred to us. If you would like to be considered, send materials electronically to inquire@erpbooking.com. We will
only accept myspace, sonicbids, or steaming music on a website, do not send mp3's through email or physical press kits!
Where do you book acts?
- Colleges/Universities
- Clubs
- Fairs, festivals, special events
- National tours
I hear bands can make a ton of money playing colleges?
- The college market should be considered as any other venue as part of the larger plan for an act and not as
a revenue source.
